The My Personal Trainer School team will cover your exercise history, a short medical history, talk about injuries and physical therapy, and figure out what is most important to you over the next few months, the next year, and beyond.
Your FREE home fitness consultation is more assessment-based. We will take you through a series of movement screens (not to worry, we won’t be handing you the 100 lb. barbell just yet!). These “mini-tests” let us know which muscles are too tight or too loose and which joints are moving better than others. This is where we pick apart the imbalances that may be preventing you from reaching your goals.
All of this information put together becomes our magnifying glass to see how we can best help you and it is the foundation for your fitness program design.
