Pelvic Hip Imbalance

Hi, I have a pelvic hip imbalance where my right hip is rotated back which caused my right hip to seem higher and my right leg to seem longer.

This has been going on a number of years and I have suffered quite a few injuries to my right side (tibial stress fracture, PTT, and now rt hip pain).

My question is, which sort of exercises and/or stretches do you recommend? Can you tell me which side needs to be stretched and which strengthened (right or left).
