After Pregnancy Belly

I was wondering, I had a flat tummy before getting pregnant and it has been 15 months and my tummy is still flabby. I want to know if I do sit-ups and crunches, would muscle just build up under the fat or would it get rid of it? And also, if I would get rid of it, how often and how long would I need to do this? |
