Bored from doing the same, old workout at the gym everyday?

Allston Boot Camp classes by My Personal Trainer School will get you outside, off the treadmill, and burning some serious calories.

Every hour-long session is focused on a balance of the following:

  • Active warmup to get you ready for the workout
  • Flexibility training to assist in proper muscle activation
  • Interval exercise to get the heart rate going
  • Core conditioning to get the abs ready for the beach

Don't Remember the Last Time You Worked Out?

It's okay if it has been a while since you've worked out consistently. We'll make sure to modify exercises to avoid aggravating any injuries...and we'll keep the pace appropriate to your fitness level.

All of our degreed and nationally certified instructors have been helping personal training clients for years.

We'll take good care of you!

Things to Bring to Class With You

Don't forget these:

  • A Litte Agua (H2O) - Summer in Allston is HOT! so please bring plenty of water to help you stay hydrated.
  • A Yoga Mat or Beach Towel - This one is optional...if you don't mind getting a little bit dirty.
  • The Right Clothing - Sneakers with some good support, shorts, and a t-shirt.
  • Your "A-Game"!!! - Be ready to work hard and HAVE FUN!

Where Is Class?

Allston Boot Camp classes are meeting at the William E. Smith field/playground off of Western Ave. in Allston, MA.

Monday/Wednesday/Friday

Afternoon Workouts - We'll be getting things started on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 5pm-6pm in August starting on Wednesday 9/3 and ending on Monday 9/29.

Boston Boot Camp - Join us on Monday mornings or on Saturdays at noon for some fitness fun.

Watertown Boot Camp - 2 morning options. Join us at 7am or at 9:30am.
