Boston Boot Camp classes by My Personal Trainer School have been helping men and women find relief from health club boredom.
but even more importantly...we help you find the body you want!
Every class includes a mix of:
- Flexibility exercise for injury prevention
- Core exercise for lower back health and your abs
- Cardio conditioning for heart health and burning calories
- and lots of fun, motivation, and teamwork!
I'm Getting Back into It..
Even if you haven't worked out in months or even years, our expert instructors are highly adept at exercise modification and will find the appropriate level for you.
Each My Personal Trainer School instructor has years of personal training and group exercise experience and are among the most sought after Boston Personal Trainers.
You'll be in good hands!
What You'll Need to Bring
Here's your list:
- Water - The Summer months are always HOT! so don't forget your water bottle.
- A Beach Towel - You'll be using this for some of the ground exercises...(you may also need it if you plan to show off your new bod at the beach after class!)
- Workout Gear - Athletic shoes, a pair of shorts, a tanktop or t-shirt, or sweats
- The Right Attitude and your Smile!!! - With all the hardwork and sweating you'll be doing, we still want you to HAVE FUN!
Where Do We Meet?
Our Boston Boot Camp classes meet at "The Fens" park nearest the intersection of Park Dr. and Kilmarnock St. in Boston, MA. There is some metered parking, or you can get "extra credit" for jogging in.
2 Seperate Class Options in July!
Monday Mornings - Get your week started off on the right foot from 6am - 7am. This class will meet every Monday in July.
Saturdays at Noon - Weekend Warriors can relieve the stress of the work week with 3 Saturday workouts from noon - 1pm. Class will meet on 7/12, 7/19, and 7/26.

Monday Morning Boot Camp
6am - 7am on 7/7, 7/14, 7/21, and 7/28
$80 for the month
Saturday Noon Boot Camp
12 noon - 1pm on 7/12, 7/19, and 7/26
$60 for the month
