Hi, I'm David Bohmiller, your tour guide for My Personal Trainer School. I'm so happy that you've stopped by.
Here's a little bit about me, just in case you were wondering...
Born in 1978, I spent most of my young life growing up in Framingham, MA. Since my brother, sister, and I were always outside playing different sports, our front yard often looked more like a sandlot than a well-landscaped lawn....Sorry Dad!!!
Sports-wise, I tried almost everything under the sun, from karate to swimming, wrestling to lacrosse, tennis to track, and more. I'm happy to say that a love of sports has never left my heart.
After graduating from Framingham High School in 1996, I found myself at UMass-Dartmouth for a few years studying Business.
Unfortunately, it just wasn't for me!
Following a little bit of research, I transferred to Bridgewater State College and entered their Physical Education program with a concentration in Exercise Science.
It was a perfect fit!!!
Since graduation in 2001 I've been a proud member of the fitness industry. I've held positions as a part-time Personal Trainer, full-time Master Personal Trainer, In-home Personal Trainer, Online Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, Fitness Manager, Faculty Representative, Book and Article Author, and Boston Red Sox fan!
And, here's why I built this Personal Trainer website...
Over the years, I've had the pleasure of helping hundreds of clients and athletes change their bodies and their performance, as well as helping hundreds of Personal Trainers learn the science, art, and business of Personal Training.
I've seen so many great success stories and wanted a place where I could share some of my experiences and advice with anyone and everyone whether they are ready to change their lives or their careers.
