Gainingweight with muscle

Hi, I am 6'3" and I weigh 162 lbs. I really feel too skinny. I want to gain between 25 and 45 lbs of muscle. How do I go about doing this? I recently purchased force factor and force factor's ramp up but those are only pre workout supplements. What kind of supplements should I be taking, what kind of foods do I need to eat, what kind of exercises do I need to be doing? I am currently running a little over 1.5 miles every weekday and continuing with dumbell workouts and no weighted workouts such as pushups, pullups, crunches. Can you give me some details on what I am doing right and what else I need to be doing before I get too far into my own routine? Thank you.
