Hi Ana,
Thank you so much for your question. In my experience, it is hugely important to have signed waivers and other legal forms

If you are beginning your fitness career in a health club setting, that organization should have a legal department that has "covered all their bases".

If you'll be venturing out on your own, I would suggest consulting a lawyer to give you the best detail on your specific situation. Just as people will come to you for your fitness expertise, so should you turn to the experts in their respective fields.
