I HAVE A VERY BUSY SCHEDULE. I GET UP AT 5:00AM, FIX LUNCHES, GET READY FOR WORK, GET MY DAUGHTER READY FOR SCHOOL, DRIVE 1 HR TO WORK. I HAVE A DESK JOB THAT IS STRESSFUL AT TIMES. I LEAVE WORK AT 4:30PM, PICK UP MY DAUGHTER FROM DAYCARE, GET HOME AT 5:30PM, START COOKING DINNER, HOMEWORK, BATHS. BY THE TIME I CLEAN UP THE KITCHEN AND TAKE MY BATH IT IS 9:00PM. I DON'T EAT VERY MUCH. I EAT A GOOD LUNCH. I EAT A DECENT DINNER. HOW CAN I GET AN EXERCISE ROUTINE INTO THIS HECTIC SCHEDULE? WHAT SHOULD I BE EATING. I WEIGH 185. I WOULD LIKE TO BE AT 134-140.
