LOSING WEIGHT

HI I AM A 24 YEAR OLD MOM OF TWO AND I WEIGH 171 POUNDS AND AM 5 7 TALL.

I WOULD LOVE TO GET BACK TO 150 POUNDS.

IM EATING RIGHT AND DOING THE BIGGEST LOSER CARDIO VIDEO AND WAS WONDERING IF THATS ENOUGH CARDIO TO ACCOMPLISH MY GOALS OR IF I NEED TO BE WALKING OR CYCLING ALONG WITH IT.

I REALLLY DONT KNOW HOW FAR I SHOULD PUSH MYSELF.

I WOULD LIKE TO LOSE THE WEIGHT BEFORE SUMMER SO CAN YOU HELP ME BY ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS. I GREATLY APPRECIATE IT.

MOST OF MY WEIGHT IS IN MY BELLY SO DO I NEED TO DO SIT UPS TOO?

I DONT WANT TO PUSH MYSELF SO HARD THAT I HURT MYSELF AND I HAVE TWO KIDS AND BABYSIT TWO MORE SO I DONT HAVE LOTS OF TIME.

I COULD PROBABLY DO THE VIDEO AND WALK 30 MINUTES AND MAYBE CYCLE INDOORS FOR ONE HOUR EVERYDAY DO YOU THINK THAT IS A GOOD IDEA?
