![]() Katrina's biggest lose was Bob Hamm. He lost more than 45 lbs. of fat while gaining muscle and strength. He transformed from 235 lbs. to 195 lbs. of muscle and into a push-up machine. Bob's bench press increased by 60 lbs. and he went from jogging 100 yards to running 3 miles in less than 30 minutes. He has proven to anyone that "doens't have time to workout" that you can make time.

![]() "I was 6 months pregnant when I began training with Boh. I realized I had to change my routine since certain forms of exercise were no longer comfortable and/or not recommended by my doctor. Boh developed a routine that was safe and challenging with emphasis on stretching, improved flexibility, core strength, and total body conditioning. At the time of this writing, I am 3 weeks away from my due date and continue to work out three times a week with Boh's routine and feel great!"
