six pack possible after a forty pound loss.

Hi there,

I have lost the 50 pounds that I gained when pregnant with my daughter. I work out all of the time now, watch my diet, and I am seeing improvements, and there is a six pack starting at the top, however, right in the middle of my belly is a loose cellulite looking paunch...is it possible to tone that up? How?
