We feel like there is so much doom and gloom everywhere you turn lately. The trick to surviving and thriving is to use this time to re invent yourself and your business and you can continue to set yourself apart from the competition!
A recent Cigna survey shows that health is high on people's priority list and that means good news for our industry.
1/3 Americans reported that the economy has changed the way they are taking care of themselves.
Of those 55% report taking better care of their health by exercising, eating healthier, getting regular check-ups and screenings.
91% say that exercising regularly is crucial to safeguard one's health.
When asked how today's economy might affect certain activities over the next 12 months, about 2/3 said, they would be more likely to take better care of their health, eat healthier and exercise.
When the economy takes a downward turn, people tend to go back to basics.
The message you want to continue to promote is that the best investment people can make right not with a guaranteed return is in themselves. Good health is often the answer to a wide variety of problems in difficult economic times. This is the time to be creative and to invent new ways that you can offer your services to more people. Stay positive and focused!
Remember, you are most likely the most energetic and positive person your clients come into contact with during his/her day!
