Timeline
Hi, About two months ago I began strength training, pilates, cardio and running workouts 5 days a week. I have also changed to an extremely healthy weightloss diet over the past month. When will my body become visibly defined/cut? After one year or sooner? I have seen progress. I have lost 10lbs, can lift more and feel I can physically accomplish more than I could before. I am also meeting twice a week with an intense hour of plyometrics, strength and cardio. I know you can't tell me exactly when my body will show results but what else can I do to speed up the process? Click here to read or post comments. |
