Timeline

Hi, About two months ago I began strength training, pilates, cardio and running workouts 5 days a week. I have also changed to an extremely healthy weightloss diet over the past month. When will my body become visibly defined/cut? After one year or sooner? I have seen progress. I have lost 10lbs, can lift more and feel I can physically accomplish more than I could before. I am also meeting twice a week with an intense hour of plyometrics, strength and cardio. I know you can't tell me exactly when my body will show results but what else can I do to speed up the process?

Congratulations on your success so far. It seems like you are doing a lot of the right things.

I'm glad to hear that you are incorporating not only your cardiovascular work, but your strength training, core work, and nutrition.

2 months in to your fitness and nutrition changes, it seems as though you are starting to see the "looking in the mirror" changes with your weight loss of 10 lbs. It would be tough to say exactly when you'll see the "definition" that you are looking for without having some more information.

Please use our Contact Form so that I can be in touch with you directly.

Thanks for visiting,
