Fitness Philosophy: I am a certified personal fitness trainer who has spent 25 years experimenting and utilizing the principles of exercise and fitness in my own life and in the training of 100's of others. In 1994 I became ACE (American Council on Exercise) and AFAA(Aerobic and Fitness Association of America)certified and began training clients. I am presently AFTA (American Fitness Trainers of Athletics) certified and I continue to work closely with every type of client there is and their individual needs.
I offer one-on-one training and online training. I am currently about to launch an online weekly video training membership project, along with the release of my new eBook, "So You Joined a Gym...Now What? Essential Workout Tips for Beginners: How to Exercise & Train Smart."
Specialties: Strength training utilizing proper form and technique in order to ensure safe and effective workouts in as little time as possible.
