Our Watertown Boot Camp classes have been helping people cross those items off the list with great success!
Our Personal Training team blends a balanced series of total body conditioning including:
(1) cardiovascular conditioning
(2) abdominal exercise
(3) injury prevention
(4) flexibility and mobility drills
(5) bodyweight exercise
(6) balance and stability exercise
(7) core conditioning
(8) partnered drills
(9) lower back injury prevention
(6) and FUN!
What if I Haven't Exercised Recently?
No worries. Many of our first-time participants are "getting back into it" and may not have worked out in years.
All of our nationally certified instructors have experience in both one-on-one personal training and in group exercise. We are able to modify each exercise in our Watertown Boot Camp classes to match the fitness level of each individual participant in the class, so we know you'll be safe.
What Do I Need?
Here's your list of things to bring:
- A Full Water Bottle - It's gonna be HOT!
- A Towel or Yoga Mat - Just something to make our ground-based exercises more comfortable
- Appropriate Clothing - Sneakers, shorts, t-shirt, or sweats depending on the weather
- A Smile!!! - As hard as you'll be working, we still want you to have fun! :)
When and Where Does Class Meet?
Classes run Monday / Wednesday / Friday 1 great location and 2 convenient times:
Your choice of 7am-8am or 9am-10am

Moxley Park/Playground at the corner of
Bemis St. and Westminster Ave. in Watertown, MA.
Here's the When:
First Class: 7am - 8am
Second Class: 9am - 10am
