hi there..I really need help..Im going nuts..
i dont understand why my legs are flabby...im 104 pounds..i workout 4-5 days a week doing hard circuit training with weights.,.my arms are toned ..i look kinda sculpted from my upper abs to my shoulders...but im having a very hard time with my thighs...
I do squats with weights and some lunges...its part of the circuit traning videos..but ym upper thighs still out..it looks jiggly..
I use jackie warners video and jari love ripped video..its cardio with weights..

I dont know what else I can do..i prefer to workou tto videos as its esier for me..i cant get to a gym..

can any one recommend videos that help to sculpt???
or what program do i do??? i sometimes have to workout every other day so i dont want to just do 1 day of cardio and miss weight training ,,but i try to do 40-60 min
